[公告] Call for Papers for ICICS 2011

The International Conference on Information, Communications and Signal Processing is a biennial event held since 1997. Past conferences have attracted on average 700 paper submissions by participants from different parts of the globe. We are pleased to announce that ICICS 2011, the Eighth International Conference on Information, Communications and Signal Processing will be held in Singapore from 13-16 December 2011.

Proceedings of ICICS 2011 will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei.

The theme for the conference is Sustainable Infocomm Systems. In addition to emphasizing this theme, all major areas in information, communication technologies and signal processing will be covered in contributed and invited talks, tutorial sessions and invited/special sessions.

This is an opportunity for researchers around the world to exchange ideas and latest research results in areas such as multimedia systems, computer systems, communications, networking and related fields. We look forward to your participation so as to keep the tradition in making this ICICS 2011 an exciting and fruitful event. Papers presenting original work in, but not limited to, the following technical areas are invited for submission:

  • Submission of Papers:
    Authors are invited to submit a full paper in the form of an electronic file in PDF format. Full papers should have a maximum of 5 pages in double-column format with 10 pt Times Roman or similar fonts. The conference proceedings will be distributed to the registered participants in a CD and will also be available through IEEE Xplore. More details will be made available in subsequent announcements and on our website, at the URL given below.

    Special Sessions and Tutorials:
    The conference will feature special sessions and tutorials on specialised topics of interest. To propose a special session, please contact the Special Sessions Chair at ELPChau@ntu.edu.sg and provide the session names of 5-6 potential papers and authors. To organise a half/full day tutorial, please submit a proposal to the Tutorial Chair at EHJChong@ntu.edu.sg.
