The 2012 IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Communications and
Computing strives to bring together leading engineers, researchers and academics
from the worlds of signal processing, communications, and computing to provide
an international forum for the reporting of current developments, novel theories
and ideas, technologies and applications in these respective areas. The
conference will include regular sessions on all aspects of these areas as well
as special sessions on specific advanced topics regarding the
respective technologies. Tutorials and keynote lectures will be
organized and given by prominent researchers.

Hong Kong, better known as the Pearl of the Orient, is where East meets West.

Paper Submission: Submitted papers must not have been published previously and
they must not be currently under consideration for publication at another
conference. Prospective authors are invited to submit papers in any of the
technical areas listed above. Each paper should adhere to the standard IEEE
format and must not exceed 6 pages. The accepted papers will be presented in
lecture or poster sessions, and will be published in the final conference
proceedings - accessible via IEEE Xplore - and cited in the Engineering Index
(EI).
