Recently, M2M (machine-to-machine) or IOT (internet of things) has attracted considerable attention because it is generally believed that the development of this technology will impact the world tremendously in every aspect such as energy saving, intelligent transportation, healthcare, food production, environment monitoring, anti-terrorism, smart living space, etc.Therefore Intel-NTU Center sets up a platform, the International Workshop on M2M Technology, to bring together key researchers from all over the world to build a vision that shapes future M2M technologies.

1.Original papers that are not published previously or under review by other journals or conferences will be considered. All submitted papers will be evaluated according to their originality, significance, correctness, presentation and relevance. The conference proceedings will be published by Springer in series of Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies (indexed by SCOPUS and Springerlink).

 

2.Every paper accepted is required to have at least one author to register in full registration before October 1, 2012.

 

3.Papers will be limited to 10 pages following LNCS conference proceedings style and guidelines. Papers that present novel ideas, criticize existing work, and discuss practical studies and experiments are especially encouraged.
